She helped us with the process of updating and selling our home from start to finish. We needed some contractors and help repairing and updating to sell, and she found all those contacts for us, and they all worked out well. She advised what the market for selling our unique home would be and the price range and expected time to sell. It sold fast and for over listing price. She really knows the market and what she's doing. Amber will relieve as much of the stress of selling and/or buying a home as a realtor can. We moved out of the area after selling but if we were going to buy locally, we definitely would have used her for purchasing a new home as well.
